HDFree.in does not sell, distribute, disclose, or in any way make available any customer information.

Illegal Content

HDFree.in believes in freedom of expression, however, any content (written, visual or implied) in the following areas will not be tolerated: racism or prejudice due to color or belief, any violent content / malicious / obscene writing, visual or implied. We do not tolerate any kind of "hate site", including sites related to terrorism in our network. We prefer that you govern your content and be knowledgable of what is published, even by third parties. It is impossible for us to verify site by site. However, if we are notified of any form of abuse, we will then take action the rectify the issue promptly.

Sites reported will be suspended without notice and cannot be reactivated.

Illegal Use

HDFree.in servers should be used for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to use our servers for the storage or distribution of any information, data or materials which violate any applicable law or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to: material protected by copyrigt, trademark (trademark), trade secret (trade secret) or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, sales of prescribed medicine and material obscene, defamatory, which constitute an illegal threat or violates export control laws, the laws of the state of Florida in the United States or the laws of India. Examples of unacceptable content or links: pirated software, hacker programs or archives, Warez sites, and MP3.

Sites reported will be suspended without notice and cannot be reactivated.

Responsibility of the customer

The customer is responsible for all activity originating from their account, except when there is evidence that the customer was a victim of hacking or address forgery. The customer is responsible for ensuring their login / password remain private. The client assumes responsibility for all material that they host. The use of the services of HostDime Free One requires varying levels of technical knowledge of Internet. The client accepts that it must have a minimum knowledge to create and maintain their web space. The client accepts that it is the responsibility of HDFree.in to provide knowledge and support that are not directly linked to functionality of the services provided by it. We do not support and maintenance of scripts of others.

HDFree.in reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
